The Pilgrim's Office, or what happens when Coldiretti (Lazio, in this particular case) and Codacons fuse their experience.

Really interesting what will happen from Sunday February 14, in the morning, at Cortile del Vignola in Piazza Navona, Rome.

Actually, a new branch of the Pilgrim's Office will open, the main Office is obviously at St. Peter's Square, where all tourists who have come to Rome for the Jubilee of Mercy will be able to benefit for free from services of legal protection, multilingual assistance and - thanks to the presence of the Terminal del Gusto by Campagna Amica - refresh with typical agricultural products from Rome and the Lazio region.

PILGRIM'S OFFICE: WHAT IT IS AND WHY

The Pilgrim's Office is born with the aim of assisting tourists and the faithful during the Jubilee. Fraud, illegal behavior, deception and inefficiency of retailers may also be reported at this venue (the central is in San Pietro). The objective is to eliminate unfair behaviour by individuals and operators who are trying to make a profit at the expenses of the faithful.

THE PERFECT COMBINATION CODACONS + COLDIRETTI

But it does not end here: the pilgrim groups in addition to find protection and counsel can also discover local products at the Terminal del Gusto by Campagna Amica.

This is a brand new project, that in the coming months will be opened at one of the most beautiful locations in the Historic Port of Civitavecchia, by Coldiretti: an innovative multifunctional and multisensory space dedicated to the sale of fine food products Made in Italy, tied to the artisan traditions of the territory. Innovation and tradition combine to offer the best of Italian food.

The Pilgrim's Office of Codacons will host therefore the Terminal del Gusto, a further excellent opportunity for a visit.

OPENING: WHEN AND WHERE

The Pilgrim's Office will open on Sunday February 14, 2016 at the splendid location offered by the Cortile del Vignola in Piazza Navona
The new office in Navona adds to those already existing in viale delle Milizie, viale Tiziano, at the port of Civitavecchia and all the other markets by Campagna Amica. In additin, on Sunday a Pilgrim's Sack, a yute sack reproducing the first travel bags in history, will be given for free to travellers, as well as free tickets to visit the ancient Stadium of Domitian.
