Information Points of the Port

Inside the Port of Civitavecchia, Port Mobility staff carries out the information and assistance service to passengers through 3 Tourist Information Points located in the areas of greatest exchange and passage:

•  Largo della Pace
•  Vespucci Gate (Varco Vespucci)
•  ADM Terminal (ferry terminal)

Furthermore, to better assist passengers, a new infopoint has been added near the Fortezza Gate (Varco Fortezza) together with an info-car (100% electric) to intercept passengers and tourists in the key points of the port of Civitavecchia.

In all the infopoints you can find specialized staff speaking foreign languages and with a deep knowledge of the port and the surrounding areas.

Where are the Infopoints?

THE INFORMATION POINT OF LARGO DELLA PACE

The Information point of Largo della Pace represents the point of arrival and departure for milions of cruise passengers.

From Largo della Pace you can get to the piers where cruise ships imbarcation and disimbarkation take place, thanks to a free shuttle bus service. The infopoint is open to coincide with the docking of the cruise ships. For further information read here.

THE INFOPOINT OF VARCO VESPUCCI

Varco Vespucci represents the main entry point for most users, specially for travellers arriving by car.
The Information point of Varco Vespucci is located next to the entry. You can easily notice it looking on your right if your are entering the port.

Opening time:

•  July-August: 07:00 - 22:00
•  From September to June: 08:00 - 21:00

THE INFOPOINT "AUTOSTRADE DEL MARE" - "T1" TERMINAL 

The "Autostrade del Mare" (ADM) Terminal is aimed to ferry passengers. The Information Point is located inside the terminal and opens in the following times:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 14:00,
• Saturday and Sunday: closed.

The Infopoint of Fortezza Gate (Varco Fortezza)

The seasonal infopoint of Fortezza Gate (Varco Fortezza) is open every day in July and August from 10 am to 5 pm, and in September, October and November from 11:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The infopoint will remain available until November 15st.

Our special info-car

Our special info-car (100% electric) performs a truly unique service by intercepting the many passengers and tourists who move on foot inside the port, directing them and providing them with assistance and help.

You can find it in action on the busiest days and times.
