Infopoints and tourist welcome service

Our qualified staff kindly and professionally welcomes, informs and guides tourists about available servicies, connections, transportation, main attractions and tourist destinations of the area.

Especially, inside the Port of Civitavecchia, our staff offers detailed information about embarkation/disembarkation of cruise and ferry ships. The service is at disposal at the Tourist Information Points (info-point) located in the main areas of interest (Largo della Pace, Varco Vespucci, Terminal Autostrade del Mare), through temporary mobile stations (Varco Fortezza) during embarkation/disembarkation and inside the parking facilities of Port Mobility.

In order to offer a better information and welcome service, Port Mobility staff also handles information leaflets related to the Port and the surrounding area.
