Port of Civitavecchia: data of the first semester 2017

It's time for the first balances at the Port. We have analised the data we possess related to disembarked and embarked ferry passengers as well as vehicle traffic (cars, buses, trucks, campers). The conclusion is overall positive, in terms of both numbers and transit the port has good health and the traffic is from several months in a positive trend.

We remind you that, as always, this information is partial since it is based exclusively on the number of reservations and, therefore, it doesn't include the many tourists who buy last minute tickets the same day of departure. These data are rounded down.

COMPARISON SEMESTER 2017 VS SEMESTER 2016

The final data, including both passengers and vehicles that have passed through the Port, represents a +10% compared to the same period of 2016 (396,696 vs 360,824). More in detail:

1. There have been 284,965 passengers in the first six months of 2017 (30,085 more compared to the first semester of 2016)
2. There have been 76,468 cars at the port (+ 1,480 compared to 2016)
3. Motorbokes 3,229 (+ 1,781)
4. Campers 4,863 (+ 3,456)
5. Buses 737 (+ 81)
6. Trucks 27,434 (slight fall of 11)
